We are Apple Certified Technical Coordinators and Certified Help Desk Specialists who have worked with and provided support for all Macs manufactured and most of the popular Macintosh software developed since 1985.
Acacia Systems offers pre-sales consulting, on-site on-call troubleshooting, support and out of warranty repairs for Apple Macintosh computers, database programming, interactive websites, extended service support contracts, and extended maintenance contracts. Jeff Kozuch, the company's founding principal
has a degree in small business management and entrepreneurship and has frequently spoken at seminars for Apple and Inc Magazine across the country. He has been a member of Apple's consulting groups dating back to the original ACR through the current Apple Consultants Network, he has been trained in Apple's network classes, and is an Apple Certified Technical Coordinator and Certified Help Desk specialist for OS X and OS X Server.
Acacia Systems trained the original Apple dealers, did road shows with Apple and various partners providing seminars and presentations, provided training classes in the Apple Stores and Apple theaters and we delivered database training for Apple employees at Apple University in Cupertino.
